MAIA CONSULTING is a brand of ARIANE CONSULTING SRL, headquartered at Parc Créalys, Rue du Fond Cattelain 2, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert, BELGIUM, and is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0749.696.370 (hereinafter “MAIA CONSULTING”) places great importance on protecting the personal data of users of its website https://www.maiaconsulting.be, as well as that of its clients and contacts.
In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, MAIA CONSULTING acts as the data controller for the personal data provided to it. MAIA CONSULTING therefore ensures that it takes the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect this data.

2. What kind of data are we talking about?

The personal data collected and processed by MAIA CONSULTING may vary depending on the circumstances (last name, first name, occupation, address, contact information, bank account number, images, data related to orders placed with MAIA CONSULTING, including, where applicable, data related to the management of any disputes, to which the data subject expressly consents).

3. For what purpose(s)?

The processing of this data is necessary to enable MAIA CONSULTING, depending on the specific circumstances, to:

(i) to respond to contact requests and/or requests for proposals it receives,
